Accessibility Statement of the website www.limotender.it

1. Commitment to Accessibility

Moveolux S.r.l. is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Law 4/2004 (Stanca Law) and the UNI CEI EN 301 549 standards (based on WCAG 2.1 level AA), to the extent of its operational and economic capabilities.

2. Conformance Status

Partially conformant: the site is not yet fully accessible.

3. Non-accessible Content

The following content is not accessible due to non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:

  • C.9.1.1.1 – Some images do not contain a descriptive alt attribute, making it impossible for blind users to understand the content.
  • C.9.1.3.1 – Interface components (forms, buttons, links) are not always associated with accessible labels (label, aria-label, etc.); empty headings and duplicate IDs are also present.
  • C.9.1.4.3 – The contrast between text and background is insufficient in several sections of the site, falling below the minimum required ratio of 4.5:1.
  • C.9.1.4.4 – The meta viewport attribute sets the maximum zoom to 1, preventing text enlargement and hindering readability for visually impaired users.
  • C.9.1.4.12 – When text spacing is modified (line height, margins, letter spacing), some information is lost or overlaps.
  • C.9.2.4.1 – Not all content provides a mechanism to skip repetitive blocks (e.g., navigation).
  • C.9.2.4.2 – Many pages lack a meaningful and unique <title> element that describes the page content.
  • C.9.2.4.3 – The keyboard focus order is not always consistent with the visual order of the content, causing confusion during navigation.
  • C.9.2.4.4 – Some links are not descriptive enough about their purpose (e.g., icon-only links without label or aria-label).
  • C.9.2.4.6 – Heading elements (<h1><h6>) do not follow a consistent hierarchy and include empty or non-informative tags.
  • C.9.2.5.3 – Some iconic buttons do not include visible or associated accessible names (aria-label).
  • C.9.3.2.2 – Changing content in forms can cause unannounced or unexpected changes.
  • C.9.3.3.2 – Some forms do not provide clear instructions or explicit labels for input fields.
  • C.9.4.1.2 – In many cases, interactive components (buttons, sliders, forms) do not correctly define accessible name, role, state, or value, and do not notify assistive technologies of changes.
  • C.9.4.1.3 – Some status messages (e.g., “form submitted”, “error”) are not presented in a way that can be detected by assistive technologies.
  • C.9.4.1.2 – Some elements use invalid or incomplete aria attributes, compromising interaction with screen readers.
  • C.9.4.1.2iframe elements on the site do not include a title attribute, making it difficult for assistive technology users to understand their content.
